The Checkmaster1500 multi sensors CNC video measuring system provides a large XYZ measuring range and a wide field of view as well. With a variety of probe and laser, it is ideal for a wide variety of industrial measuring applications.

The Checkmaster1500 is designed for measuring a variety of work pieces with high-accuracy. A wide field of view enables easy location of measuring areas and provides excellent operations. The big XYZ measuring stroke, with a longer working distance than ever before, provides ultimate versatility for measurement of both large and tall mechanical parts.

1. A wide FOV of up to 14mm-1.4mm allows easy search and alignment of measuring targets

2. A long 90mm working distance minimizes the possibility of contact between the objective lens and work pieces. It is very suitable for measuring large step heights, tall bosses and deep holes.

3. The large 1500mm*1200mm XY range enables easy measurements of large work pieces and mass inspections of multiple parts all at once. An extended 200mm Z-axis range is ideal for tall work pieces

4. The Checkmaster1500 video measuring system is equipped with highly repeatable video AF, which offers high speed, high-accuracy focusing and height/depth measurement.

5. The Checkmaster1500 is equipped with reflective(top), transmitted (bottom) and 8-segment ring(with 18-degree oblique angle) LED illuminators. which enables accurate detection of low contrast edges.

6. Checkmaster1500 is touch-probe ready and accommodates optional Renishaw TP6 or MCP touch probes. Touch probes provides measurements of 3D shapes parts where non-contact video cannot be used. Such as the inner diameter of an oil seal. Using MicroCheck software, the touch probe can works coaxially in the same XYZ coordinate system as the optical axis
